Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. You money back if the item(s) is returned within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in. Opened or used items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Case or multi-pack purchases must contain all original items and quantities. We do not accept partial case or multi-pack returns.

Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

Please make sure to pack your items as securely as possible to avoid damage during shipment to us. For items weighing 10 pounds or more, we recommend returning your product with UPS Ground if located in the continental United States. Otherwise, USPS Parcel Select would be your best option.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of incorrect order fulfillment on our part or damage during shipping, a replacement will be shipped at no extra charge or a full refund issued depending on your preference.

In the unlikely event of shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package(s) to let us know or any claim for damages will be denied. Please note that we will need photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the exterior and interior of the shipping box so that we may file an appropriate claim with our shipping carrier. Once this photographic confirmation is received, a replacement item or full refund will be issued depending on your preference.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return less outbound and inbound shipping charges. A gift certificate will be emailed to you when the item(s) are returned. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased it, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
