What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day money-back returns on all of our products. Items must be returned unused, unopened and with original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

If items are returned opened or used, a 20% restocking will be deducted from your refund.

Where do you ship and how much do you charge for shipping?

We ship to the U.S. and all U.S. territories. Free shipping is standard for all non-freight orders shipped to the continental United States. A $20 shipping charge is added to all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and all U.S. territories for total shipping weights above 10 pounds.

So you don’t ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not. However, we do ship to parcel forwarding companies in the United States that can then forward purchases made from our store, or for that matter any U.S. based retailer, to your country. You will be responsible for any applicable forwarding and customs duty charges.

Two parcel forwarding companies we recommend are Stackry and MyUS.

Please be aware that any packages shipped to a parcel forwarding service are not eligible for return once accepted. If any items are incorrect or damaged upon arrival, your parcel forwarding service must notify us within 7 days of receipt in order for us to issue a replacement or refund, otherwise we will be unable to assist you.

 How do you ship your products?

Depending on size and weight, products ship via either United States Postal Service or UPS Ground.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately that service is not currently available.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days and most packages can be expected to arrive within 3-8 business days from the order date.

Why is my order coming from different locations?

Our items ship may ship from different warehouses located in New Jersey, Florida and California. If an order is eligible for free shipping, you will incur no additional shipping costs for packages arriving from different warehouses.

How do I return an order?

Please email us at hello@neptunesboat.com to request a return authorization. Orders returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

When can I expect a refund?

Refunds to your original credit card will be made within 3 business days of return receipt.
